We turn ideas into reality.\nYou Are:\nAn experienced OneStream Functional Consultant with strong finance process knowledge and hands-on OneStream configuration experience.\nYou lead functional design, configuration, and delivery of OneStream solutions — translating business and finance requirements into platform configurations that meet operational and reporting objectives.\nYou mentor junior consultants, drive platform best practices, and work closely with functional leads, technical leads and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.\nThe Work:\nLead functional requirement gathering sessions with finance, accounting, FP&A, and controllership teams.\nLead functional design sessions and produce Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and configuration workbooks.\nDefine dimension hierarchies, chart of accounts mapping, and intercompany elimination rules.\nDesign and configure OneStream applications including workflows, metadata, account structures, and consolidation logic.\nConfigure financial close workflows, task management, and ownership structures within OneStream Close Manager.\nConfigure and validate currency translation, equity pickup, and minority interest calculations.\nCoordinate with developers to translate functional designs into technical Business Rules and Data Management workflows.\nConduct functional testing, UAT support, and defect management/triage during implementation phases.\nDeliver training, training materials and post-go-live hypercare support.\nSupport change management activities and work with stakeholders to drive user adoption.\nAssist in project planning, status reporting, and risk escalation.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants; conduct functional reviews and enforce best practices.\nSupport the new business proposal process – business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities.\nDemonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.\nTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.\n\nHere’s what you need:\nMinimum of 1 year experience designing and developing OneStream platforms (workflows, forms, cube views, dashboards, and quick views)\nMinimum of 3 years experience with Requirements gathering, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Training\nMinimum of 2 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function (consolidations or planning)\nMinimum of 3 years of functional experience of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting with a solid knowledge of financial close processes, chart of accounts design, and management reporting.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in creating functional deliverables including Requirements, Design and Test documentation\nOneStream Certified (OCS): Financial Close or Reports & Dashboards. (If not already certified, willingness to become certified in 6 months)\nBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
