This role is responsible for daily inventory transaction posting, ongoing inventory monitoring and reporting, and monthly inventory analysis to maintain data integrity across our operations. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and dependability. Occasional evening or weekend support may be required to support physical inventory counts or critical operational needs.\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\nExecute and monitor daily inventory transactions to ensure accurate and timely system postings\n\nIdentify and help resolve inventory discrepancies related to storage, movement, costing, and data accuracy\n\nSupport cycle counts and physical inventories, including preparation, execution, and variance reconciliation\n\nVerify inventory balances across warehouses, production sites, and job sites through physical checks and system validation\n\nReview inventory transaction activity to ensure adherence to documented processes and GAAP requirements\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records for receipts, issues, transfers, and customer job‑site deliveries\n\nAssist in identifying process gaps and root causes contributing to inventory errors or losses\n\nSupport process improvements that strengthen inventory control, accuracy, and operational efficiency\n\nProvide inventory data and transaction support to Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams\n\nSafeguard company assets and information by following control standards and confidentiality requirements\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in accounting, supply chain management, or other related fields\n\n4+ years of inventory management experience\n\n3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\nPrevious data and systems analysis experience\n\nBackground in project accounting\n\nSAP ERP/accounting software experience\n\nStrong commitment to customer service\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization and organizational skills\n\nAbility to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment\n\nAbility to work well independently under tight deadlines\n\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
