POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a skilled Line Cook to prepare food, support kitchen operations, and maintain assigned stations according to fine dining standards. From MILA in Miami Beach to AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG creates destinations that combine elevated cuisine with sophisticated service and design.YOUR ROLESet up and organize the station according to restaurant standardsPrepare all food items with precision, following recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelinesRestock and maintain station supplies throughout the shiftOperate and maintain all kitchen equipment safelyAssisting cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areasCover, date, and store prepared food items properlyFollow closing protocols to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next serviceCollaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs to support overall kitchen operationsSkillfully prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items, emphasizing French culinary techniquesTake on additional responsibilities as requested by Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen ManagerREQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS2 years of proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume establishmentProficiency in English and SpanishAbility to follow precise directions and work cohesively within a teamAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a high-paced fine dining environmentStrong problem-solving, self-motivation, and organizational skillsCollege or Culinary school degree preferred but not requiredExcellent knife skills and communication abilities
