You will work directly with domestic and international factories, vendors, and suppliers to develop high-quality apparel while managing timelines, solving problems, and ensuring products are delivered on schedule.\nWe're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop technical flats, artwork, and garment illustrations using Adobe Illustrator\nUse Adobe Photoshop to create and edit apparel graphics, colorways, and presentation materials\nManage apparel development from concept through bulk production.\nCommunicate daily with domestic and international factories, vendors, and suppliers.\nDevelop fabrics, trims, labels, prints, embroidery, washes, and packaging.\nReview garment construction, measurements, fit, and workmanship, providing clear technical comments.\nCoordinate sample development and ensure revisions are completed accurately.\nReview development samples prior to customer submission.\nManage development calendars and production timelines across multiple apparel programs.\nIdentify potential risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving.\nWork with suppliers on material development, sourcing, and costing.\nSupport costing discussions and vendor negotiations.\nCoordinate testing requirements and production readiness.\nMaintain accurate product development records throughout each project.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure products meet quality, timeline, and customer expectations.\nPerform other product development responsibilities as needed.\nQualifications Required\n5+ years of experience in apparel product development.\nStrong knowledge of garment construction, fit, pattern development, and manufacturing processes.\nExperience working directly with domestic and international factories and vendors.\nExperience managing multiple apparel programs simultaneously.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nComfortable working independently while managing changing priorities.\nPreferred\nExperience developing knit, woven, fleece, and outerwear products.\nExperience with screen printing, embroidery, garment washes, and specialty fabric developments.\nExperience sourcing fabrics and trims.\nExperience supporting product costing and vendor negotiations.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and taking ownership of their work.
