General Manager (Bowling) NF-04.
Duties
Manage the bowling facility, formulating instructions and directives for a fluid, profit‑generating business with a fluctuating customer base.
Organize, develop, implement, and review programming, promotions, and special events to provide a garrison recreational service while maintaining a positive image in the local community.
Develop and manage leagues/tournaments and associated services; coordinate functions and special events with community and military representatives.
Oversee operations of ancillary departments and recreational activities such as pro shop, snack bar, billiards, catering services, bingo, recreation machines, internet services, video gaming, and other family‑oriented revenue sources.
Develop, implement, and review the activity business plan including budget, marketing, capital purchase, and minor construction plans; monitor procurement of supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity.
Requirements

Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
One‑year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Obtain and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification from an ANSI‑accredited agency within the first six months of employment.
Work hours may involve weekday, weekend, holiday, and night duty.
This position is dual compensation exempt.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in bowling center management; or
Two‑year associate’s degree in a business‑related field plus two years of bowling center management experience; or
Four‑year bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field plus one year of bowling center management experience.
