This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced, fun setting.\n\nEast & Co. - a living hub of hospitality where food, space, and community come together - is searching for Servers and Bartenders to join the opening team of our unique Boulder hospitality venue.\n\nEast & Co. is a new venture located at 2100 Central Avenue surrounded by a variety of office campuses. This unique building includes a number of high-end concepts including a coffee shop, retail marketplace, full-service restaurant & bar, catering & events, and conference space. Current projected hours of operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.\n\nWages are determined by ability, experience and fit, and are a combination of base pay plus tips. Wages will vary based on business volumes and market conditions.\n\nMust be 18+ to apply.\n\n\\*Barista experience a plus\\*\n\nOur ideal candidate will have:\n\n* At least 3 years of fine dining and/or volume service bartending and serving experience\n* A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality\n* Experience with craft cocktails and wine required\n* The ambition to learn and grow with the company\n* The understanding and belief that we go over and above for the guest – unapologetic hospitality\n\n*Duties*\n\n* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit\n* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS\n* Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations\n* Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills\n* Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities\n* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards\n* Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions\n\n*Skills*\n\n* Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments with strong customer service skills\n* Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking\n* Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques\n* Ability to multitask effectively in high-energy settings\n* Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members professionally\n* Experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable; nightclub or catering experience is a plus\n\nEmbark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest’s experience extraordinary!
