Data center build\\Relocations.\r\nCan commute to Newark NJ on Hybrid basis as per client needs\r\nHas performed more than 3 data center moves\\builds (Facilities\\Network\\Compute\\Storage\\Migrate)\r\nLed>2 (1000 users scope) corporate headquarters moves and was responsible for the networking and telecom procurement. New LAN \\ MDF design-Build-Go-Live\r\nJob Description – Infra PM:The infrastructure of information technology comprises of hardware systems, software, network connections and servers.\r\nThe PM will manage project efforts for DC (new)design\\build\\migrate LAN\\MDF design build projects portfolio.\r\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.\r\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.\r\nAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.\r\nAct as change agent to improve overall processes and programs.\r\nProvide guidance to project team throughout project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements.\r\nSupport the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processes.\r\nEnsure resource availability and allocation.\r\nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.\r\nReport and escalate to management as needed.\r\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.\r\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks\r\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.\r\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\r\nTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.\r\nMeet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.\r\nDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.\r\nDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.Required / Desired Skills10 years of experience in IT support focused on Project Management in infrastructure, especially data center build\\relocationsRequired10Years\r\nHas performed >3 data center moves\\builds (Facilities\\Network\\Compute\\Storage\\Migrate)Required10Years\r\nLed >2 (1000 users scope) corporate headquarters moves and was responsible for the networking and telecom procurement.
