The primary objective is to maintain the project in a professional and orderly manner and labor for miscellaneous carpentry and housekeeping items are managed daily. Superintendents also implement and enforce safety and quality control policies among CPG employees and subcontractors. Essential duties include but are not limited to:\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nOverall responsibility for project housekeeping. Manage the daily labor team and prioritize work schedules of daily activities and projects.\nCommunicate with project team daily regarding areas of activity for improvement or maintenance.\nEnsure all equipment movement and material handling and unloading of material is done so utilizing all safety measures governing these activities.\nCoordinate with vendors supporting the project for timely maintenance / upkeep, such as trash vendor.\nMaintain daily onsite presence providing continual field supervision to monitor activities and field coordination.\nEnsure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.\nInstall protection material around jobsite as directed by Superintendents.\nEnsure walk paths are well maintained, clear from debris and support the project.\nOpening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.\nTravel: 30% if not local, 3-4 weeks on site and one week remote or willing to relocate for duration of project.\nOther assigned tasks as requested.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation/Experience (Desired):\nMinimum 3 years’ of verifiable experience with thorough knowledge of trades\nExperience in mission critical construction is preferred\nSkills:\nMaster Builder\nMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Project & Outlook) preferred\nCertificates and Licenses:\nNo certificates or licenses required\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nProject Superintendent shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors daily. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. This position shall be responsible for monitoring project security personnel.\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nOccasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequent use of hands to fingers, and ability to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate written or online documentation. Involves frequent contact with staff.
