The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform in support of mission requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret Clearance\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field\nDoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification\nMinimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration\nStrong experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux\nSolid understanding of web services (SOAP) and object-oriented programming principles\nExperience working with ITIL v3 processes\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and toolsets\nExperience supporting DevSecOps practices, including software development, release, and maintenance\nExperience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio\nExperience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, Automation Engine, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem Management, Reporting, and Configuration Management\nStrong customer service orientation with a focus on continuous improvement\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently or collaboratively\nDesired Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification\nITIL v3 certification\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS\nExperience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow\nConfigure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules following best practices\nDevelop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform\nSupport ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions in a secure, mission-driven environment\n#DSA209\n#LI-CW1\n\nMany of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
