This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling within a fast-paced environment.\n\n*Duties*\n\n* Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes\n* Conduct manual handling of materials, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury\n* Operate material handling equipment including RF scanners, order pickers, and heavy machinery in accordance with safety protocols\n* Assist with order picking and packing to prepare items for shipping or storage\n* Maintain accurate inventory management by recording all movements using RF scanners and inventory systems\n* Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety procedures during all warehouse activities\n* Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing goods against documentation\n* Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling is highly preferred\n* Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks; certification is a plus\n* Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management and order picking processes\n* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment\n* Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and adherence to safety protocol guidelines\n* Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements\n* Experience with RF scanners or similar technology used for order picking and inventory control\n* Warehouse supervisor experience or additional warehouse experience is advantageous but not required\n\nJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse logistics!
