Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Sarasota, FL. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing schedules, supervising inspections, adhering to compliance protocols, and leading communication across teams. The role requires efficient planning and problem-solving to deliver successful project outcomes. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management, including project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordinationExperience in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor to ensure timely project progressProficient in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance at every stage of the projectKnowledge and proven skills in Logistics Management to oversee materials, supplies, and timelinesExceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredFamiliarity with construction software and tools is a plus
