Apply now!\n\nQuality Technician Responsibilities:\n\nPerforms advanced dimensional inspections of machined components using precision measuring equipment (CMM, optical comparators, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.)\nInterprets complex engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and customer requirements\nConducts First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 or customer-specific requirements\nDevelops, reviews, and maintains inspection plans, control plans, and quality documentation\nSupports PPAP submissions and customer qualification processes\nLeads root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for nonconforming product\nAssists in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment\nMentors and trains junior QA technicians and production personnel on quality processes and standards\nParticipates in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, AS9100, customer audits)\nCollaborates with engineering and production teams to drive process improvements and prevent recurrence of quality issues\nEnsures compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements\n\nRequirements for Quality Technician:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field preferred\n5+ years of quality assurance experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment; 7+ years of quality assurance experience in a precision machining environment preferred\nHands-on experience programming and operating PC-DMIS for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)\nStrong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and metrology\nExperience working within ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems\nKnowledge of SPC, PPAP, corrective actions, and root cause analysis\nExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems\nExperience with Zeiss Calypso or other advanced CMM software is a plus\n\nIND345\n\nAccelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
