Psychotherapist (LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, AMFT)
About the Practice
Second Draft Psychotherapy is a modern, ACT-informed practice that helps clients move beyond symptom management and actually change their lives. We focus on anxiety, intrusive thoughts, compulsive patterns, and we care about doing therapy well.
Our philosophy: People don’t need more coping skills; they need a different relationship with thoughts, emotions, and actions.
We primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and structured, evidence-based approaches, including ERP when appropriate, to build psychological flexibility and take meaningful action.
