Direct Care Staff Member

Direct Care Staff needed for Clinton, MO. Part Time - Monday - Friday & Weekends. Needing the 3p-11p & 11p - 7a Shifts. Four Seasons in Home Services is hiring for a very rewarding position in the ISL homes with the developmentally delayed. Looking for people who have flexibility to work any shift needed for coverage for vacations and call-ins, 7 days a week. We have several part time positions available. Qualified staff in these homes will need to be patient, understanding, kind hearted and open minded. We are here to be role models and to give our best selves so they can live their best lives. Job Duties are as follows: Personal care: assisting with bathing/toileting/brushing teeth/dressing/grooming/ and hygiene related. Light housekeeping: dusting/vacuuming/sweeping/kitchen cleaning/ mopping/laundry, etc. Food preparation: cooking and grocery shopping Documentation and recording goal progressions and daily activities. Passing medications (if certified) Community Outings: shopping, haircuts, dances, dinners, etc. Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED Must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Evening shift Every weekend Overnight shift Application Question(s): Willing to undergo a back ground check?
