US Aviation also features certified Part 145 maintenance shops and world-class Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services at Denton Executive Airport in Texas. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Mechanic located in Denton, TX. The A&P Mechanic will perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on a fleet of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing aircraft systems, performing routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring all aircraft are compliant with safety guidelines. The role requires adherence to high-quality standards and maintaining accurate maintenance records. Qualifications Possess and maintain FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificationProficiency in aircraft inspections, repairs, and routine maintenanceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for aircraft systemsKnowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards for aviation maintenanceAttention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate maintenance documentationStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work well in an on-site, team-oriented environmentExperience working with general aviation aircraft, particularly Cessna 152, C172, Seneca, and King Air, is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or technical degree is preferred
