This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality client service, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical thinking, and is passionate about enhancing the overall client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound client calls and provide accurate, timely resolution to inquiries and concernsSupport trade execution and respond to client questions related to accounts, portfolios, and transactionsDe-escalate customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solvingAssist clients with navigating digital platforms, troubleshooting issues, and understanding servicesReview and approve client requests, ensuring all required documentation and authorizations are compliantCollaborate with internal teams, client service professionals, and financial advisors to improve service deliveryManage multiple tasks across systems and platforms efficientlyIdentify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities in line with compliance standardsParticipate in special projects and support operational initiatives as neededEnsure adherence to company policies including quality standards, data security, and regulatory complianceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentHigh level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive/confidential informationPreferred Skills & AttributesStrong client service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiencesExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsActive listening and conflict resolution capabilitiesAdaptability and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environmentCommercial awareness and sound judgment in decision-making
