This role is ideal for recent graduates who thrive in both technical and operational environments and are ready to travel to project sites around the U.S.\r\nYou will be based out of our Irvine, CA office but must be prepared for regular travel. An up-to-date passport and REAL ID (or equivalent documentation) are preferred and may be required for travel and site access.\r\nWhat You'll Get To Do:\r\nDeploy and operate robotic systems in the field, support testing and data collection.\r\nSupervise remote operations and assist during client presentations and demos.\r\nFacilitate smooth, clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nDocument technical issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.\r\nTroubleshoot hardware and software issues and contribute to continuous workflow improvement.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on system performance and usability.\r\nWhat You Have\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.\r\nStrong communication skills—able to translate complex technical topics for various audiences.\r\nWillingness to travel frequently across the country.\r\nUp-to-date passport and valid REAL ID (or equivalent travel documentation) is preferred.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in team-based environments.\r\nThe Extras That Set You Apart\r\nHands-on experience with robotics hardware (drones, quadrupeds, humanoids, or similar).\r\nFamiliarity with basic electronics, sensors, and robotic subsystems.\r\nBasic coding/scripting skills (Python, C++, or similar).\r\nPrior experience in field testing, remote operations, or client-facing tech roles is a plus.\r\nCompensation\r\nThe salary range for this role is dependent upon experience. The actual offer for this position will be based on factors such as relevant experience, competencies, certifications, and how well the candidate meets the qualifications outlined above.
