Deburring Operator
Deburring Operator: Responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, or other imperfections from machined metal parts. Operators must have a keen eye for detail and need to follow safety procedures when using tools and equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the overall quality and functionality of our manufactured parts.
Responsibilities:
Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, or other imperfections as described in work instructions.
Use appropriate tooling and equipment based on materials, size, and type of burrs present on the parts.
Setup and tear down equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements.
Perform designated operations as per drawing/ work order requirements.
Maintain accurate records of deburring activities, including part numbers, quantities, deburring methods used, and any issues encountered.
Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Shift: First (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:
Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
Must be able to remain seated for extended periods and operate shop resources with arms and hands
Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
Safety:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment, handling sharp tools, and working with metal parts to prevent accidents or injuries.
