This position performs work order system-based HVAC maintenance and repair tasks and projects, upkeep related to buildings and grounds on seven Central Arkansas campuses and provides support for daily church events as needed.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nComplete tasks primarily at the West Little Rock Campus, with occasional tasks at our six other church campuses in Central Arkansas, using church vehicles\n\nComputerized work order management and scheduling\n\nHVAC systems and equipment maintenance (operation, adjustments, cleaning)\n\nBuilding Automation System operation\n\nCarpentry/hardware, painting, drywall\n\nMinor electrical and plumbing repairs\n\nBuilding exterior maintenance\n\nIrrigation system operation\n\nPeriodic on-call for emergencies\n\nOther related projects/duties as assigned\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience. Trade school with certification(s) preferred.\n\nExperience in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC system components (RTU’s and split systems), and using HVAC building automation system (BAS).
