reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and provides accurate and timely sample results to support quality conformance, process control, customer requirements and improvement projects.\n\nResponsibilities and Accountabilities\n\nFollow all safety/PPE rules and promote safety culture through audits, inspections and report writing.\n\nUnderstand and uphold the INEOS 20 Principles and Life‑Saving Rules, and complete required cybersecurity training.\n\nPerform routine and non‑routine testing to determine product quality status as per specifications and inline schedules.\n\nAccurately capture all data in the LIMS system.\n\nMaintain laboratory cleanliness and housekeeping standards.\n\nApply statistical process control (SPC) to laboratory results.\n\nOperate and troubleshoot testing equipment, performing preventive maintenance and reporting abnormalities.\n\nSchedule work to meet priorities and maintain professional laboratory technique.\n\nParticipate in safety and quality work teams and contribute to continuous improvement.\n\nManage a 24/7/365 laboratory with rotating shifts and overtime as required.\n\nWork safely with ethylene oxide, complying with all safety protocols.\n\nPhysical and Environmental Requirements\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and move sample trays up to 30 lbs.\n\nWork 20‑foot walking distances, lift 5‑gallon containers, and work in temperature‑controlled conditions.\n\nWear a respirator or gas mask as required and observe all environmental controls.\n\nOperate within environments that may contain fumes, dust, gases or poor ventilation.\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nHigh School diploma or GED with at least eight hours of college‑level chemistry coursework.\n\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred.\n\nMinimum two years of industrial laboratory experience (chemicals, fuels, polymers, or R/D).\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nProficiency with MS Office and LIMS systems (e.g., Sample Manager, LabWare, BLISS).\n\nExperience with laboratory instrumentation and preventive maintenance.\n\nKnowledge of OSHA safety procedures and electronic data systems.\n\nBehavioral Skills\n\nInitiative and bias for action with a focus on quality and safety.\n\nStrong teamwork and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nProblem‑solving, judgment, and prioritization in a fast‑moving environment.\n\nCommitment to continuous improvement and efficient work practices.\n\nPerformance Indicators\n\nZero injuries or high‑impact incidents in the
