You also enjoy variety and problem solving different challenges each day. .\nThe Opportunity:\nAs an Exclusion Technician for Creature Control LLC, you will be able to earn strong starting wages, work with a great team, and be a part of a growing company with the possibility for upward movement to positions such as Lead Technician, Wildlife Technician, or even Territory Manager. Exclusion Technicians start out at $20/ hour. After 3 months Exclusion Technicians can become salaried employees at a rate of $46,000 annually for a secure pay check all year long. In addition to the salary, Exclusion Technicians have the ability to earn commissions for jobs completed as a team and bonuses for weekend work. Dental and vision benefits are provided by the company. You'll also never have to purchase tools, uniforms, or boots as these are all provided.\nWhat you'll do:\nYou'll spend your day on roofs, ladders, and back yards solving a variety of problems for home owners by doing the following:\n1. Installing ridge vent, chimney caps, and flashing along customers' roofs\n2. Protecting homes by sealing openings where animals enter using caulk and mesh\n3. Problem-solving light construction needs by customizing each job to fit the house.\n4. Digging and installing underground barriers to prevent wildlife from entering basements or getting under decks.\nMust haves:\nThe ability to work on roofs, at heights, and with ladders\nA safety conscious mind for your own work and for others\nThe stamina to work in the elements\nDriver's License\nNice to haves:\nPrevious experience with light construction\nDetails:\n40-50 hours a week.
