The Revenue Analyst will play a key role in maximizing room revenue, strengthening market share, and supporting strategic decision‑making across assigned properties.\nPosition Requirements Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment\nStrong analytical and Excel skills\nExperience with hotel systems including StayPMS and PEP preferred\nStrong organization, project‑management skills, and attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally\nDetail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision\nAbility to self‑pace, stay focused, and work independently in a hybrid/remote environment, maintaining consistent productivity and engagement throughout the workday\nCompensation Full-time management position\nCompetitive total compensation package to include:\nBase salary, bonus program and benefits\nMCHG is an equal opportunity employer.
