Maintain the highest ethical standards. Must be able to use all required hand tools in an assigned work area. Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Essential Functions Of The Job/Experience Needed High School Diploma or GED or in lieu of education, must possess 1 year of recent steady manufacturingexperience. Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written. Adhere to all required company policies. Must be able to work all scheduled hours (40+ hours) and work overtime as mandated by the business. Must be willing and able to adhere to plant safety policies. Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as required by the business. Read and follow standard work instructions. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds of weight on a repetitive basis. Must be able to stand, push and pull with both hands greater than 25 pounds repetitively, bend, twist, kneel, climb,and work in weather extremes (>90 degrees).
