Role Description The Reservations Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Saratoga Springs, NY. The primary responsibilities include managing guest reservations, answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and performing general receptionist duties. The role requires accurate handling of booking inquiries and maintaining communication with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling ReservationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsExperience in Receptionist Duties and administrative tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environmentAttention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with reservation softwareExperience with Maestro PMS is a plusWillingness to work on-site in Saratoga Springs, NY, and on weekends or holidays, as neededPrior experience in the hospitality industry, and with Forbes standards, is a plus
