skills, both written and verbal.\nBasic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.\nWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.\n\nSkills Required:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED and 2+ years work experience or equivalent experience.\nAbility to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.\nAbility to become solder certified\nEffective communication and team work.\nComputer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nStrong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team.\nA passion for learning/knowledge\n\nSkills Preferred:\n\nExperienced in Electronic Assembly\nIPC-610/620 Certifications\nKnowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017\nSolder Reflow experience\n\nEducation Required:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED and 2+ years work experience or equivalent experience\n\nYou should be proficient in:\n\nSoldering\nIPC Joint
