This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC trade and gain hands-on experience while learning on the job.No previous HVAC experience or apprentice license is required. Candidates can be new to the trade, and the team will work with selected candidates to help them obtain their apprentice license.Position Details: Pay: $16–$22/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Thursday Hours: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: Moore, OK / Oklahoma City AreaEmployees will meet at the shop each morning and commute to the jobsite from there.Job Responsibilities:Assist experienced HVAC professionals with daily installation and project tasksLearn proper use of HVAC tools, equipment, and materialsHelp with the installation and handling of HVAC componentsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow jobsite procedures and safety requirementsWork alongside experienced team members to develop hands-on HVAC skillsComplete assigned tasks and assist the crew as neededQualifications:No previous HVAC experience requiredHVAC apprentice license is not required to startWillingness to learn the HVAC trade and obtain an apprentice licenseDependable and ready to work a consistent scheduleAbility to work Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM–4:30 PMReliable transportation to the designated shopAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethicTool Program Available:Candidates do not necessarily need to have their own tools to get started.
