This is a full-time, in-office position, ideal for those with a passion for sales and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInitiate contact with potential customers using a sales-driven approach, introducing StrideMD's remote patient monitoring program.\nProvide detailed explanations of services, address inquiries, and employ sales techniques to highlight the benefits of the program.\nTailor personalized solutions for customers, ensuring they are fully supported and confident in their decision to enroll.\nMaintain detailed records of customer interactions, leveraging insights to improve sales strategies.\nCollaborate with healthcare providers and team members to streamline the customer enrollment process and maximize sales opportunities.\nConsistently exceed sales targets for customer engagement and program enrollment.\nOrganize and schedule appointments, handle customer records, and assist with insurance reports.\nEnsure callers feel supported and valued by responding efficiently and professionally.\nParticipate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the company and services.\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures.\nQualifications:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in sales.\nExperience in a sales call center or similar environment is a plus.\nAbility to deliver excellent customer service while focusing on achieving sales goals.\nA patient-centered approach combined with persuasive sales techniques.\nResilience and motivation to overcome challenges and maintain a positive attitude.\nExceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant sales experience will also be considered.\nSchedule:\nAvailability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM with flexible shifts available.\nCompensation:\nTotal compensation between $45,000 - $70,000.
