We aim for a positive, collaborative environment that allows employees to work across departments easily and effectively.\nJob Description\nThe Implementations Operations Manager will report to our Manager, Implementations Operations, and act as the liaison between the Sales, Production, and Implementation departments ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience.The objective of this position will be to assist in the management of customer orders throughout the lifecycle.\nThis role is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-centric, has great attention to detail, extremely organized, and takes pride in their work supporting others.
