In this role you will design, analyze, and support system requirements for defense projects focused on national security and space defense.\nResponsibilities Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architectures to develop system requirement specifications.\nAnalyze system requirements and provide support to design and development activities.\nGuide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.\nProvide technical guidance and support for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.\nProvide technical support to application and tool development teams.\nCoordinate with software architects and other technical delivery team members to overcome technical obstacles.\nInteract with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.\nCommunicate with other program personnel and government staff.\nMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree.\nThree (3) or more years’ experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, etc.\nExperience supporting the federal government or DoD.\nActive TS/SCI required.\nDesired Qualifications Ability to derive an understanding of stakeholder needs and functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness from system requirements.\nExperience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level.\nExperience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces.\nExperience with Agile project management principles and processes.\nCompensation and Benefits Base salary range: $103,600 - $155,400 (Maryland only).\nBenefits may include 401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.\nAdditional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, such as sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.\nEqual Opportunity Employer Statement KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
