This includes owning the full cycle process of learning and development programs. This position plays a key role in driving team member growth, capability development, and development programs across the organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across NRI to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability, support professional growth, and strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.\nResponsibilities\nOwn scoping of full “training to evaluation” solutions. Conduct needs analysis to define expected outcomes. Scope solutions that teach, enable, and allow team members to demonstrate the mastery of specific skills\nSupport leaders, coaches, and HRBPs in the performance management and feedback process by providing frameworks, tools, and processes to evaluate how well their people are doing.\nWork directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect and organize raw content and design effective learning and enablement deliverables and experiences.\nDevelop and produce all learning, enablement, and skills evaluation deliverables and tools.\nOwn the launch, execution, and ongoing management of all scoped programs and initiatives.\nCreate surveys, quizzes, and other diagnostic tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and enablement solutions.\nManage solutions such as projects, owning timeline, scope, updates, and communication with stakeholders.\nSource and partner with external vendors as needed.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.\n5 -7 years of experience in an instructional design role.\n3-5 years of experience executing and running training programs\nFluency in leveraging various AI technologies to create, manage, and evaluate solutions\nExperience working with a wide variety of learning technologies (examples: Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Multimedia tools, etc).\nExcellent project management and consulting skills\nExperience working with performance management programs and/or competency modeling a plus\nStrategic and wholistic thinking – ability to construct a long-term vision based on achieving specific goals.
