SummarySpectrum by Watchfire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and support our Texas Outside Sales team. This is a primarily field-based leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and selling alongside Outside Sales Representatives. The Regional Sales Manager will spend significant time traveling throughout Texas, working directly with reps on key opportunities, especially high-value video and complex projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in the field and drives growth through presence and partnership. This role must be based in a major metro area within Texas.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop the Texas Outside Sales team through regular travel and in-field support.Travel weekly with Outside Sales Representatives to support active opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.Participate directly in sales calls, presentations, and negotiations for high-value and complex projects.Provide strategic guidance on territory planning, opportunity management, and key account development.Drive incremental sales growth across K-12, Municipal, Parks & Recreation, and other target markets.Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.Represent Spectrum by Watchfire at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings and forecasting activities.Qualifications/SkillsProven experience leading and developing outside sales teams.Strong background in construction-related or capital equipment sales.Comfort traveling extensively throughout assigned territory.Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to sell and support complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Education and LicensingBachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Watchfire is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
