Part time and Full time accepted.\nSERVER\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant\nWorking knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems (POS)\nWilling to take on challenges with a supportive team\nAbility to take constructive criticism and has the motivation to improve\nAbility to work under pressure in a calm manner with a sense of urgency\nCommunicative and have service knowledge\nSelf-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nBUSSER/RUNNER\nCreate a relaxed destination – Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player!\nSet the course – Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests\nBuild the perfect oasis – Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to CREOLA standards\nSupport your crew – Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests\nTo be an agent of hospitality and seek every opportunity to help guests have a positive experience.\nHOST/HOSTESS\nSmile, make eye contact, have good posture, and have a welcoming presence at the door.\nCollect, organize, update and manage menus.\nStock host stands with appropriate supplies.\nUtilize reservation systems and other tools to maximize the restaurant's seating and serving guests.\nGreet and thank each guest entering or leaving the restaurant.\nSeat guests at a suitable table or in waiting areas and remove extra place settings.\nManage the wait list and proactively communicate accurate seating times.\nProvide guests with menus and inform guests of specialties and features.\nInspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.\nIf you think you have what it takes, please apply!
