Ensure that all cashiers have the needed tools to perform their duties.Work closely with all the shift supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels continue to be adequate for the flow of traffic.Report and discuss daily activity and incidents with the relief assistant supervisor to ensure all relevant events of the day are covered at the beginning and end of shifts.Conduct themselves in a professional and accommodating manor, lead by example and ensure that the moral of the employees is at its highest.Ensure that customer service is at 100% by all employees in their shift.Responsibilities include any additional duties as assigned by Shift Supervisors or Mgmt.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
