What You'll Be Doing Provide an experiential approach to guide a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and business. Support the growth of the business by providing people integration and synergy. Develop our people for bigger and better roles. Support ambitions beyond the workplace. Apply new technology and data to drive change. Lead your team and deliver outstanding customer service to clients and tenants. Manage industry-changing properties, ensuring tenant and client satisfaction. Prepare budgets, financial reports and manage facilities investment projects. Develop and direct staff. Excellent communication with building owners, tenants and vendors. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (preferred) 5+ years of Property Management experience (Industrial preferred) Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets in Yardi, building CAM pools, CAM reconciliations and other financial reports. Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration. 3rd party management experience required (institutional client experience preferred). Strong people management skills, including leading a growing PM team. CA Real Estate License required within 6 months. Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI. Relationship builder, tech minded, achiever. Estimated compensation for this position: US$120,000.00 – US$135,000.00 per year. Location: On‑site – Irvine, CA.
