This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.\nIf you take pride in your work, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate press equipment safely and efficiently\nReview and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job\nPerform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articles\nAccurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines\nCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions\nCommunicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accurately\nWillingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nWork EnvironmentExpectations:\nManufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.\nSubstantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.\nStop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.\nSchedule:\nWeek1: Monday till Wednesday: 12:00 pm -6:15 pm / ThursdayFriday: OFF/ SaturdaySunday: 6:00 am-6:15 pm\nWeek2: Monday till Wednesday: 12:00 pm -6:15 pm / ThursdayFriday: 6:00 am-6:15 pm / Saturday &Sunday: OFF\nWhy work at MMI?\nWe've raised our rates!
