This role provides the chance to shape our product from the ground up, influence key technical decisions, and collaborate with AI tools to speed up development.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities Partner with the team to research, define, and scope new products, including the rapid development of prototypes using prompt-driven AI development tools\r\nAbility to provide suitable context to AI coding tools and scrutinize and refine the code generated by such tools\r\nContribute to technology stack selection and architecture design, with emphasis on incorporating AI agentic capabilities into software products\r\nDevelop high-quality frontend and backend components that support AI-centric architectural patterns\r\nLeverage AI tools to speed up coding, debugging, and problem-solving\r\nParticipate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions\r\nHelp define and implement development best practices, standards, and processes\r\nJob Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required.\r\nAI-First Development Approach Proven ability to work daily with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or similar)\r\nExperience using AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and solution design\r\nSkilled in crafting effective prompts and collaborating with AI to improve development velocity, including of security guardrails and evals applied to LLMs and prompt-driven systems\r\nFull Stack Technical Expertise Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript\r\nProficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue, Angular, or similar also considered)\r\nExperience in both client-side and server-side development\r\nExperience developing micro-services using Next.js and Spring-boot\r\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, MCP servers and clients, database design, and web security best practices\r\nStrong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.\r\nEarly-Stage Project Mindset Comfortable working in research, ideation, and proof-of-concept phases\r\nCapable of influencing architecture and technology stack decisions in a collaborative setting\r\nHands-on experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles\r\nFlexible, adaptable, and willing to take on varied responsibilities as the product evolves\r\nAdditional Skills and Experience Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)\r\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines\r\nExperience with testing frameworks and methodologies\r\nBackground in agile development environments\r\nLocation: This position is remote. Travel and onsite meetings are required.
