During the initial phase of the engagement, we are specifically looking for someone who can work *on-site in our Chandler office*, sit alongside Operations, understand how the business actually functions, and solve problems in real time.\n\nWhat You'll Work On\n\nYou'll help us improve and optimize Odoo across areas including:\n\n* Inventory, warehouses, locations, routes, serial/lot tracking and valuation\n* Purchasing, receiving and vendor management\n* Manufacturing, BOMs, MRP and subcontracting\n* Sales, fulfillment and invoicing workflows\n* Multi-company configuration and intercompany processes\n* Accounting, costing and assets\n* Users, roles and access rights\n* Dashboards, reporting and operational KPIs\n* Data cleanup, imports and process standardization\n* Troubleshooting existing Odoo issues and workflows\n* Odoo configuration, automation and custom development where appropriate\n\nOur goal is straightforward: *make Odoo accurately reflect how the business operates and become a system that Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting and leadership can trust.*\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n* Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Odoo in a real business environment\n* Experience with recent Odoo versions; *Odoo 17/18 preferred*\n* Strong knowledge of Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Manufacturing/MRP\n* Experience with subcontracting and multi-company environments strongly preferred\n* Understanding of Odoo Accounting and how operational transactions affect financial reporting\n* Experience troubleshooting and improving an *existing Odoo implementation*\n* Ability to translate real-world business processes into practical Odoo configurations\n* Technical Odoo experience (Python, XML, APIs, custom modules, automated actions, etc.) is highly desirable\n* Manufacturing or product-based business experience strongly preferred\n* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both operational and technical stakeholders\n* *Must be able to work regularly on-site in Chandler, Arizona*\n\nThe Engagement\n\nThis is a *part-time, 3– to 6-month contract engagement* with the potential to evolve based on business needs.\n\nWe are looking for someone who can *hit the ground running*. This is not an entry-level Odoo role or a position where you will simply work from a predefined development backlog.
