This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led multiple AI initiatives and can bring practical experience, new ideas, and a hands-on approach to execution.\nThe AI Technical Program Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, design, development, implementation, deployment, and post-launch support. This position serves as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.\nLocation: Remote (Local strongly preferred)\nType: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire\nResponsibilities\nLead enterprise AI and technology initiatives from planning through implementation.\nPartner with business and technical teams to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders and leadership.\nCoordinate software development, systems integration, infrastructure, and IT operations teams throughout project execution.\nManage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.\nDrive delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nUtilize Jira and Azure DevOps to manage project execution.\nSupport AI initiatives that integrate with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise business systems.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and help expand the organization's AI capabilities.\nQualifications\n4-7 years of Technical Project or Program Management experience.\nAt least 2 years managing multiple AI initiatives with experience across a variety of AI technologies and use cases.\nExperience delivering projects involving software development, systems integration, infrastructure, and IT operations.\nBackground supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or warehouse environments.\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.\nStrong working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.\nExperience with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Background\nThe ideal candidate comes from a mid-sized organization where speed, collaboration, and accountability are essential.
