Is able to effectively manage and navigate cross team collaboration across all IS teams when approp1iate. (essential) Achieves and maintains required certifications (if applicable) of respective EHR application and stay current with new application functionality and enhancements.\n\n(essential) Acts as a liaison between IT. customers and/or vendors.\n\nAbility to coordinate and facilitate meetings including all relevant documentation with all operational areas using the software application. (essential) Prepares and maintains documentation, including analysis, design, programming, standard procedures and user guides. (essential) Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department and/or customer.
