Second Shift - CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist
We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist to join our team on second shift. This important role is responsible for producing precision parts, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient production in a team environment.
What You'll Do:

Setup and operate CNC lathe/Swiss machines
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for materials
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Maintain high quality standards
Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other team members to improve processes
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience operating CNC lathe/Swiss in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T and machining principles
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment

Shift:
Monday through Thursday
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
