Sam Houston). Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship is required and is not eligible for sponsorship. The expected pay rate is $36/hr to $45/hr.\r\nRequirements\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nDesign, build, test and deploy web applications that meet project requirements.\r\nPartners closely with business analyst, other senior developers, and managers on all projects.\r\nEvaluate detailed business, functional, and mid-level technical requirements including recovery, security, and compliance.\r\nParticipate in various design projects from concept to completion.\r\nProvide responsive design solutions to help build optimal user experience.\r\nContinually improve, update, and maintain existing web pages.\r\nUnderstand the project requirements and concepts.\r\nCollaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure the implementation of their ideas.\r\nImplement feedback from other designers and team members to improve design.\r\nCommunicate continually with the Senior team to understand requirements of a project and to make sure that the work done meets such requirements.\r\nCraft and fine tune the UI of websites that you develop; make decisions on the fly to make the UI better.\r\nCheck your work and make it work across platforms and devices using cross compatibility tools.\r\nMinimum Qualifications:\r\nThree to five (3-5+) years’ experience with Web and mobile applications development using .NET, C#, MVC4/5, and .NET Core 3+.\r\nExperience with .Net 4.5/4.7, Linq, C#, ASP.net, CSS3, CanvasJs, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, Angular, Node, AJAX, HTML5, Bootstrap 3/4, Razor, MVC5, and Web APIs and responsive web design.\r\nKnowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and test-driven development.\r\nKnowledge and experience of relational database schemas including XML and SQL, including writing, and maintaining SQL stored procedures and SSIS packages\r\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012+, use of Team Foundation Server and TCM, and source control applications such as Git\r\nFamiliarity with DISA Application STIG's and secure coding principles with regards to application development within the DoD environment.\r\nKnowledge of Shell scripting, any scripting language (Python, Ruby, PHP or other)\r\nDemonstrated ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and priorities\r\nExceptional communicator with both technical and nontechnical audiences\r\nStrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams\r\nDemonstrated ability to solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions\r\nCustomer service oriented and approachable\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nExperience with Electronic Health Records/Electronic Medical Records (EHR/EMR)\r\nSecurity + certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.\r\nPrior DoD (Department of Defense) experience preferred\r\nBenefits\r\nEEO Statement\r\nCompetitive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\r\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)/Flexible Spending Account (FSA)\r\nRetirement Plan (401K, IRA) with employer match\r\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Federal Holidays)\r\nPaid Training & Development opportunities\r\nHybrid work environment\r\nAt Idea Entity, our culture is centered around diversity and inclusion where our employees are valued and empowered.
