Responsibilities include supporting contract/PO negotiations, contract/PO modifications, and coordinating the preparation of quotes, project schedules, project specifications, and financial conditions of the contracts/purchase orders. The position will direct the program team and work with the operations team to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules, develop solutions to program/project challenges, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This position will be the primary point of contact for customer communication (weekly customer calls, technical discussions (email or conference call), and monthly reports).
