This shift is from 6pm-6am!\nPay starts: $19.72 + $1.00 shift differential\nPay progression: $20.95 + $1.00 shift differential\n\nJob Duties:\nEnsures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment.\nFollows the Quality Management System (QMS).\nStocks lines/machines with needed materials.\nTransports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients.\nLoad/unload machines.\nPerforms periodic checks on output.\nCreates samples and performs quality control checks.\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues.\nMaintains documentation/records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area.\nFollows standard operating procedures and safe operating practices.\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized.\nAbility to work in uncontrolled climate enviroment.\nSupports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other employees.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.\n\nExamples include: Company Match on 401k,Employee Purchase Discount, and Tuition Reimbursement.\n\nDal-Tile is a proud supporter of our U.S. military, veterans and their families - Thank You for Your Service!
