This role is ideal for an experienced event professional who thrives on building client relationships, managing complex logistics, leading events, and helping shape the future of a growing company.OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of our weddings and events.. This is a leadership role for an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client service, logistics, team leadership, and event execution.The Senior Event Manager will oversee a portfolio of planning clients, guide them through the planning process, manage event production, support company sales goals, and help lead the planning team.This position offers significant autonomy, leadership opportunities, and the ability to make a meaningful impact within a growing business.ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for planning clientsLead client meetings and guide clients through the planning processBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage budgets, timelines, logistics, and planning deliverablesProvide exceptional service and communication throughout the planning experienceEvent Planning & ExecutionCreate and manage comprehensive event timelinesCoordinate venues, vendors, and event logisticsLead wedding and event production from load-in through event completionAnticipate challenges and proactively solve problemsEnsure every event reflects the standards and reputation of Ines & MarieTeam LeadershipSupport and mentor Event Planners and planning assistantsAssist with training and onboardingPromote accountability and organization across the planning teamContribute to the development of systems and best practicesBusiness GrowthParticipate in sales consultations with prospective clientsSupport annual planning sales goalsIdentify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiencyContribute ideas that support company growth and profitabilityQualificationsRequiredMinimum 3 years of event planning experienceExperience independently managing weddings or large-scale eventsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWeekend availabilityValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferredWedding industry experienceExperience mentoring or managing team membersExperience with Aisle Planner, HoneyBook, or similar planning softwareLuxury event experienceCompensation & BenefitsStarting salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually based on experiencePerformance Based Bonus OpportunitiesPaid vacation timeFlexible work environmentProfessional development opportunitiesOpportunity for long-term career growth within the companyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating extraordinary experiences for clients.
