We have a strong and immediate need to fill positions due to our growing business.\nNo experience is necessary, we are willing to train the right person. Custom-Pak offers a positive, working environment with great opportunities for advancement and promotion. Our facilities are modern and clean and most offer a climate controlled environment. Must be 18 years or older.\nStarting pay is $19.15 per hour with automatic compensation increases every 3 months for full-time employees during the first year of employment. Additional compensation increases are available as well, with potential to earn up to $22.40 per hour after one year of employment and eligibility in company profit sharing.\nCustom-Pak offers a superior benefit package which includes a highly ranked health insurance plan as well as great vacation benefits, 401k plan, short and long term disability, dental, vision, life, accident and critical illness benefits are also available.
