implementation of the intended business architecture, create diagrams showing key data entities, and create an inventory of the data needed to implement the architecture vision.\nExperience in organizing data at the macro level and the micro level, providing a logical data model as a standard of consuming applications to inherit and a logical data model with elements and business rules needed for creation of data quality rules.\nProven experience in data architecture, analysis and management, with excellent problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to develop strategy documents, roadmaps, plans, socialize concepts, develop business cases, liaise with teams for planning and implementation.\nUnderstand what the data is and how it is used in the business processes Document and articulate relationships between business goals and information technology solutions Demonstrates careful attention to quality and accuracy.\n\nRequired Skills and Experiences:\nThis role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study (Or equivalent project-related experience).\nA minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT, with at least five (5) years in information system design.\nIn-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions.\nHands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred.\nThree (3) to five (5) years' experience as a data analyst is highly desirable.\nEffective conceptualization, pattern recognition and teaming skills.\nBusiness acumen, and the ability to communicate to executives, business domain stakeholders and technical staff alike.\nDemonstrated influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.\nExperience with innovation and ideation methods, such as design thinking.\nBusiness domain, data/content and process understanding.\nSystem integration experience, including interface design, and familiarity with web-oriented architecture techniques.\nData modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level.\nUnderstanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models.\nKnowledge of Department of War (Dow) Enterprise Architecture artifacts a plus.\nUnderstanding of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies, as well as of the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modeling) to less-structured sources.\nFamiliarity with data science concepts, as well as Meta Data Management (MDM), business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques.\nExperience with distributed management and analytics in cloud and hybrid environments.\nAlso, an understanding of a variety of data access and analytics approaches (for example, microservices and event-based architectures).\nKnowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and programming techniques.\nAbility to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.\nStrong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create marketing and messaging materials that meet stakeholder needs.\nAbility to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers a plus.\nIn-depth understanding of solution, business, information and data architectures.\nAbility to learn and absorb new concepts quickly (in business and in systems), apply new knowledge as appropriate, and mentor others.\nExperience with a variety of data model tools.\nExperience of Cloud managed service offering will be preferred.\nPrior experience with Department of War (DoW) or Department of Navy (DON) a plus.\nSpecific Federal Law enforcement (LE) information domain knowledge or previous experience working in LE organizations a plus.\nThis position requires the person(s) to be eligible and adjudicated to TS/SCI clearance level at contract
