We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\n\nJob Summary:\nDrive Product Innovation & Market Strategy: As an Sr. Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Supermicro’s key component product offerings, driving competitive differentiation, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.\nBe a Market Leader in Accelerated Computing: You will help define go-to-market strategies, positioning Supermicro’s solutions for growth in data center and AI acceleration computing markets.\nCollaborate for Success: Work closely with sales, engineering, and external partners to develop cutting-edge products and solutions while driving customer success.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProduct Development & Market Strategy:\nDevelop product and solution requirements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and company capabilities.\nDefine market requirements for current and future key component products and solutions.\nGuide the product life cycle from introduction to decline, shaping go-to-market strategies at each stage.\nConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and drive product positioning.\nGo-to-Market & Customer Engagement:\nLead go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring strong product launch and adoption.\nProvide product subject matter expertise and training for internal sales teams and external partners.\nWork closely with sales teams to support customer success and enhance product engagement.\nCollaborate with external vendors on requirements definition and solution development.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Business Development:\nWork with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.\nDrive internal and external stakeholder engagement to support successful product adoption.\nDevelop and maintain strong business relationships across teams and external partners.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in product management, marketing, or business development, preferably in hardware and software solutions.\nStrong analytical, marketing, and project management skills with a proven track record of successful product execution.\nKnowledge of server/workstation hardware and B2B business models preferred.\nExperience in machine learning accelerators and data center solutions is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence product development and strategy.\nHands-on problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to product and business challenges.\nSalary Range\n$110,000 - $144,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
