Placement will be based on business needs and the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Team members may also have opportunities to cross-train and support both areas as needed.\n\nJob Description\nBatching Responsibilities\nSequence cleanouts for each shift.\nSequence daily mixing for the shift.\nCoordinate, prioritize, and communicate when batches need to be dumped.\nOperate the batching computer.\nTroubleshoot equipment and process issues.\nEnsure the system is fully cleaned to prevent cross-contamination between products.\nUnderstand and utilize the Oracle system and other production databases.\nEnsure the correct hand adds are placed in the appropriate products.\nRead and follow all Batch Mixing Instructions (BMI).\nVerify micro card locations on each micro tub and check for accuracy.\nEnsure proper micro tubs are placed at the correct mixer for cut-in personnel.\nMonitor and maintain micro-bin inventory levels.\nOperate the liquid hand-add system.\nAssist Hand Add colleagues with dumping ingredients.\nPackaging Responsibilities\nPackage finished product according to Batch Mixing Instructions (BMI).\nVerify finished product quantities match the BMI.\nEnsure product is bagged into the correct labeled container.\nVerify lot numbers, pallet cards, product codes, and tag codes are accurately recorded on the batch ticket.\nCollect product samples from designated batches for third-party testing and retain samples as required.\nEnsure product quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed.\nOperate both toting and bagging lines.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nComplete assigned housekeeping tasks in accordance with the master sanitation schedule.\nFollow all quality, food safety, and company policies and procedures.\nWork collaboratively with team members across production areas.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nBasic math, reading, and computer skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\nAbility to work safely and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).\nADM requires the successful completion of a background check.\n\nREF:111803BR\nBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
