VP of Operations and Strategy | Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a Masters Degree in a health related field with at least five years of progressive leadership with experience managing staff in various professions
Experience with contracts, population health, and Human Resources
A solid understanding of the continuum of care is preferred
Must possess leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and nonprofessional personnel.
Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the facilities.
Must have experience in labor relations and negotiations, preferably in both union and non-union setting.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications and HRIS software
VP of Operations and Strategy| Role & Responsibilities:
Will assist, as directed by the CEO, in operations at The GreenField Campus/Niagara Lutheran Health System, and Schofield care
Collaborate with the Leadership team to plan key strategies and goals that will achieve the organizations mission and demonstrate the core values.
Will assist the CEO with daily operations and strategic planning to help the organization continue it’s growth as the premier not for profit provider of post acute care and senior housing in Western New York
Responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our entities culture, improving retention and growth of our professionals at these sites
Collaborates with senior leadership to design and implement programs that align with organizational objectives and promote change management;
Manages the organizational development function within the Human Resources Department and closely collaborates with Human Resources leaders.
Able to identify areas of weakness and opportunities, as well as makes recommendations to improve, optimize, and streamline processes and workflows to achieve financial and quality targets.
Research industry and market best practices in long-term care, human resources and other relevant areas.
Coordinate and participate in regular and frequent company-wide meetings to communicate results, celebrate successes, discuss operational changes and other company business.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
