We are currently searching for a Temporary Full Time Make Ready Technician to work at Mariposa located in Denver, CO.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nRemoval of trash and all items left by the previous\nRepair and prepare walls, doors, wood trim, closets, and cabinets for\nRepair any glass items such as windows, medicine cabinets, light globes, mirrors,\nInsure proper operation of stove, vent-a-hood, garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, water heater, HVAC, washer and dryer and any other\nRepair minor problems and report major problems to management so they can be repaired prior to move-in, i.e., major HVAC repairs, large sheet rock\nInsure proper operation of all window blinds and/or\nInsure all door latches operate properly and have the proper carpet\nInstall weather stripping around doors and windows where\nRepair bathroom floor and wall tile when\nRe-key master locks and make keys available for leasing prior to move-in.\nRepair all leaking faucets, water pressure lines, and drain line\nHelp create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve Client Services Group\nOther duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.\nEducation and Work Experience Requirements\nBasic writing and reading skills\nSome plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and appliance repair knowledge\nPrevious multi-family experience requested\nSpecific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:\nMust be able to work well with others as a team and take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work\nA commitment to exceptional customer service is\nToolbox of minor hand tools is required\nRange: $22.00-$23.00\nBackground Screening and Drug Test Required\nEOE Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
